Service Description

Yin Yoga is a popular form of yoga based on the Meridian system. Yin is a passive practice where poses are typically held for a fe minutes. Suitable for creating deeper flexibility and healing. We will dive into the history of Yin Yoga, how to sequence it, the benefits and why everyone needs Yin in their lives. This course will earn you 12 Continuing Education credits with the Yoga Alliance. This course is open to the public and as part of our Yoga Teacher Training Program.
