Service Description

Hatha Flow is Vinyasa's little sister and Hatha's big brother. It is a standard yoga class which incorporates flow between poses offering a fluid transition and kicks up your practice a few notches which makes it a happy medium between Hatha and Vinyasa. This is suitable for all levels but it is recommended that Beginners have at the very least done a Hatha class 2-3 times.
