FULL Ashtanga Primary Series
Ashtanga is an ancient, devotional yoga practice that originates from Mysore, India. Ashtanga is lovingly referred to as “A moving meditation”. It is a set series of counted poses syncopated with the breath. As the practitioner connects their breath with the energized series of asanas, they are able to shut out the mind, observe their body, and feel into the progression of their practice.
In this 4 week series, you will explore the FULL 49 poses of the Ashtanga Primary series (1st of 6) with Steph. An advanced practice from the half-primary series taught on our schedule.
